IV. – WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS TIMETABLE The World Championships Events will
be organised in accordance with the following timetable:

V. – BOAT STORAGE
For purposes of the World Championships 8 boat houses
are available, each with capacity of storing 60-80
boats. If necessary the Organizing Committee shall
erect tents as well.
BOAT CONTROL
1st Boat Control
- Monday, 22. August. 10-12 am 4-7 pm;
- Tuesday, 23. August 9-12 am 4-7 pm;
- Wednesday, 24. August 9-12 am 4-7 pm.
Body Numbers will be issued together with the materials
released to all Team Leaders at the Team Leaders'
Meeting.
VI. – SECURITY
All participants of the World Championship throughout
accreditation zones shall be protected by Security
Service and Police when and where necessary.
VII. – RESULTS AND TIMING SYSTEM
Results processing and Timing System services shall
be performed by the Alge Timing System and the Omega
Timing System.
VIII. – DOPING CONTROL
Doping Control will be performed at the Boat House
above the hangars.
IX. – ENTRIES AND DRAWING OF LOTS
X. OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONY
The World Championships’ Opening Ceremony is planned
to take place at the City’s main square (Trg bana
Josipa Jelačića). In case of bad weather the Opening
Ceremony location will be at the Congress Hall at
the Zagreb Fair complex. Precise timing (7 or 8 pm)
remains to be deterimend.
The Closing Ceremony will be held upon completion
of the competition on 28. August.
XI. TRANSPORT SERVICE
Transport Service will be provided by buses of the
Zagreb’s Public Transportation Company – ZET. The
buses will run according to the set timetable from
all the official hotels to regatta track and back.
The timetable will be based on transportation requirements
of the accredited participants. Official transport
shall commence on 22. August. During the competition
buses will run based on intensified schedule. Accredited
persons only (all Accreditation Zones) have a right
to use the Transport Service. The World Championships’
Accreditation is also valid as ticket for Zagreb’s
public transport (trams and buses).
Transport is organized as well for all participants/accredited
persons from railway station/bus terminal to respective
official hotels and vice versa.
XII. PRESS SERVICE
PRESS Centre will be placed at the Jarun Complex Administration
building (where Control Tower is located). Also, the
Organization Committee shall provide PRESS Air-Conditioned
tent for all accredited journalists.
Access to the Internet, phone and fax lines will be
enabled, together with the refreshment drinks.

XVI. FOOD AND BEVERAGES In the accommodation price 3 meals
per day per person are included.
For all the competition participants bottled water
is provided free of charge, during the whole competition.
